Channel is a 46-year old mother of three and grandmother of one. She was diagnosed 5-years ago with Stage 2 B adenocarcinoma lung cancer. Once the cancer spread to her brain, she moved from Stage 2 to Stage 4 (terminal) with a 2% survival rate and two months to live. That was 4 years ago. She has fought through multiple surgeries, chemo treatments, and told to prepare for the worst. While Channel remains a Stage 4 Terminal cancer patient, she has chosen to prepare to live. She is an author, Local Lung Force Honoree, and a Fight For Air Honoree. Channel appreciates opportunities to share her journey so others may experience strength and hope!
Marie is a 49 year old mother of three, married 25 years. As a former speech pathologist and school teacher, Marie has dedicated her life to helping and encouraging others to success.
