Description
Our photo packages feature professional images captured by our top photographers. These images are rights-cleared for personal and commercial use. While the Rebelle Rally retains ownership of the images, the team that purchased the package (or its partner, if applicable) is granted the rights to use these images according to our terms. All teams must sign the 2024 Licensing Agreement prior to competing. Please note if a team’s photo package is purchased by an OEM, the team must independently verify usage regulations with the manufacturer.
PHOTO PACKAGE OPTIONS
- Option #1 Standard Package ($895): Guaranteed 20 professional images of you and/or vehicle during the event, to be delivered within 15 business days post-rally. Storytelling shots also included.
- Option #2 Premium Package ($1,750): Guaranteed 70 professional images of you and/or vehicle during the event, to be delivered within 15 business days post-rally. Storytelling shots also included.
- Option #3 Premium Photo Package + Video B-Roll Bundle ($2,000): Back this year, our B-roll and Premium Photo Package Bundle! Includes 70 professional still images of you and/or vehicle during the event, to be delivered within 15 business days post-rally. Storytelling shots included. Video B-roll is a keepsake compilation featuring general shots of the competition throughout the rally and is NOT TEAM SPECIFIC. That said, purchasing this package does not guarantee video shots of your team will be included. This b-roll is for personal use only, and does not include commercial use or pass-thru rights to sponsors. Still images are cleared for personal AND commercial purposes. Please review the definitions of these licenses below. Raw, unedited images are unavailable. We do not guarantee a specific number of shots for each team or that our photographers will capture every moment. If a photographer takes a photo of your team, we cannot promise that exact photo will be included in your package, as thousands of images are taken. If a team gets lost or is not on time, they may miss being photographed that day. Shots beyond the package numbers are not guaranteed. Without purchasing a photo package, images of your team may not be available post-rally.
Teams can assign a social media manager to receive daily update emails with links to low-resolution photo galleries. These galleries are restricted to social media and third-party press usage, excluding advertising or pass-through rights, and are available only to teams that purchased photo packages. Up to 20 images per package can be used on social media during the rally. Any additional downloads count towards the photo package quantity.
These daily galleries may include images of your team, BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. General storytelling shots will be included. Please provide your social media manager’s details at Tech Inspection for inclusion in the distribution list. Daily update image galleries will NOT be available post-rally. These images are provided as a courtesy to help promote your team during the rally.
Final, hi-res photo packages will be available 15 business days post-rally. Each team will receive log-in credentials to access their online folder. Teams must choose their favorite images within the package limits by December 31, after which a download link will be provided. Adjustments to package-sharing can be accommodated with prior notice. Images in the daily galleries are not guaranteed to be in the final hi-resolution team photo packages.
TEAM VIDEO B-ROLL
Team video B-roll packages are available for personal use only (non-commercial rights, no pass-thru rights to sponsors) on a very limited basis and must be reserved and pre-purchased ahead of time. This is footage specifically of your team. For commercial projects, please see Commercial Project Request in the CZ. Competitors who are journalists with a specific storyline must coordinate with the rally prior to the start to discuss details and expectations. Contact us for pricing.
LICENSE DEFINITIONS:
- Personal Use:
When you download a photo file from the Rebelle Rally, you are buying a standard license that allows you to use the file for any personal purposes. This means you can use our content on personal websites (not a company website), social media, presentations, photo albums, physical prints, portfolios, and future sponsor decks.
- Commercial Use:
A commercial license allows you to use the downloaded files for any of the following: Advertising, marketing and promotional materials, newspapers, magazines or books, product packaging, items for resale (posters, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, etc.), online print -on-demand products, electronic templates for resale: website template, brochure design template, e-greeting cards, etc.

POST RALLY PHOTOS:
Purchase of team photos after the rally may be limited in availability, and are priced per image with a personal and/or commercial license option. Post-rally photo pricing:
- $60 per photo for personal use ONLY
- $180 per photo for personal AND commercial use
Please respect our photographers’ expertise – they travel the world for their craft! While they capture moments, they are not personal photographers. They are experts in their field, dedicated to telling a story through their lens and providing a unique perspective that goes beyond just taking pictures. We kindly ask that you allow them the creative freedom to do what they do best: capture the essence of the event, and competitors, in a way that only a true professional can.
No matter what license you buy, you can never use Rebelle Rally content for:
- Use in any logo or trademark
- Pornographic, obscene or libelous works
