I really wanted to obtain a culinary degree and open my own Bistro or Espresso/Cafe..... instead I am here doing the Rebelle, If i had a restaurant I could never take this amount time off!!!
Some of it was financial being in a position to take on something like this. Also My husband and Friend Eliza Coleman have been on me for 3 years to do this they have been my inspirations.
My Husband, Mike, he is such a good man who really cares about the kind of human he is on a daily basis. He tries every day to be a good man, a better man and a kind man. He is my strength when I am feeling weak. I am here because he is my #1 fan and my life long Teammate in this thing we call LIFE .
