After competing against each other for years, along with practical jokes, good-natured teasing, etc., the opportunity for us to team up happened in 2021. We both have that farm work ethic, and a genuine love of the rally and everyone associated with it. We really enjoy being a team and working together to chase those points.

I have recently taken up bicycle repair as a hobby, collecting old bikes and refurbishing them to donate to local charity.
The Rebelle is a fun game and a great way to disconnect from the outside world. The staff, the event, and the competitors are all amazing and I look forward to spending time with them all year.
The drive and positivity of my teammate, Teralin. This amazing group of people.

We are in it to win it. We want to bring home the Bone Stock award for Jeep again. We want to chase checkpoints around the desert, egging on our friends, and encouraging the rookies.
Collaboration for ongoing and future responsible land use with entities like TreadLightly!, the USFS, Bureau of Land Management, etc. I went through college on a basketball scholarship, but now my recreational sports are biking, hiking, rollerskating.
I have been in the offroad industry for over 30 years, starting with tours, then adding training and rentals. I grew up in the deserts of the Southwest, so Rebelle courses feel like home to me.
I have started a non-profit to support education and stewardship for motorized recreation in Arizona.
Any parts of the course that the view takes your breath away, and makes you pause and reset your brain, even in the most intense moment of the game.
Mechanical issues where you have no control over the outcome no matter how prepared you are, or how well things were going up to that point.
It is humbling. It makes you own your shit. It makes you understand that everyone has shit, and life is just how we deal with it.
I remember working on the trucks and tractors with my dad when I was a kid, and learning that there is no magic ju-ju, just mechanisms, patience and work. I learned that when you are behind the wheel of a capable vehicle, you can chase down the answer to the question "Where does that road go?"
I'm a nurse in the Emergency Department with Intermountain Health in Southern Utah. I made this career change three years ago and it's been a great fit for me. I love the freedom I have working three days a week....and helping people of course.

I am part mermaid.
Year 10! So excited to be coming back with my Teamie Nena.
My Mom is the best example of all things good and kind. She has always encouraged me to go out and live my dreams. She is my inspiration and my example that I aspire to reflect. I'm also lucky enough to have her sister, Aunt Julie as a friend and mentor who has always helped me along the way. These two are my rocks.

Can I say all of the above? The dream is always to win, while having a good time bonding with my teammate and exploring the new trails Emily sends us down. Every year is a new and different experience that impacts me in different ways.
I am a mermaid at heart. I live for traveling to new beaches, rivers, waterfalls, etc. I also spend a lot of my free time and vacation time downhill mountain biking.
I fell in love with rock crawling after going to my first Moab Easter Jeep Safari when I was 17. I went home and started building a crawler that I still have today. I eventually moved to Moab for many years, competed in Old School Rock Crawls, Dirt Riots, and W. E. Rock events. Many of my friends come from the offroad world, including my boyfriend of 9 years that I met at the inaugural Trail Hero event. He likes to play buggy too, and we have spent a lot of time out on the trails. My love for competing and offroad is what sparked my interest in the Rebelle. I am very comfortable in both the driver and navigator seats.
I've been traveling a lot lately! There are so many places I want to experience... So far this year I've been to Tahiti, New Zealand, Mexico, Curacao, Panama, Canada, Nevada, California, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Hawaii.
Sand Dunes! It just adds an edge to the competition... stakes are high! If you go out and get stuck, run out of gas (oops) or don't manage time well it can change your ranking fast. I really enjoy the open OHV navigation as well. It makes things interesting.
The endurance of the ten days is what is most challenging for me. It's hard to stay fully focused and on my game by the end of the week.
I love competing in the Rebelle! We all spend time adventuring and training together throughout the year. The challenge of it keeps bringing me back, and it's very rewarding to compete with woman who have become some of my closest friends.
When I was 17 I went to Jeep Safari. I was at potato salad hill, and I climbed into George Breakall's driver seat and put the seatbelt on (I didn't know him yet, but he was King of the Hill). When he came back to his truck and told me to get out, I told him, "not until I drive to the top." He jumped in the passenger seat, told me to put it in low low third, what line to take, and let me drive up. I knew I needed a crawler of my own after that.
