We met as rookies in the class of 2018 and have been friends ever since, always cheering each other on at the plot table while competing for the podium. Last year we decided to join forces as teammates representing Ford Performance in our Rebelle-ready Bronco Raptor and we’re excited to be competing together again this year for the 10th annual Rebelle Rally!

I was one of the first competitive female pole vaulters in the US.
I enjoy the spirit of the competition and the camaraderie of all of the women. There are not many opportunities left in this world where you can completely disconnect and be entirely present in the moment. I look forward to the quiet intensity of the trails and the constant challenges that await us in this next competition.
My parents. I am grateful that they inspired me to try new things, fail forward and enjoy the outdoors.

Any time I drive in the Glamis sand dunes. I feels like I am driving on another planet.

In it to win it. My teammate and I give it everything we have at every Rebelle.
I like to explore the western states with my family and play sports (virtually any sport you can think of). I love to learn as well, always reading or learning a new hobby.
The Rebelle is largely my background. However, I have been off-roading in the desert since early childhood–as soon as I was tall enough to see over the steering wheel. I also like to dirt bike.
Sand dunes. They are challenging to navigate and drive, and are stunning visually.
Physical and mental endurance of the entirety of the event.
It’s allowed me to enjoy what I always loved about sports–being able to do my best in moments that matter. I love competition and overcoming bad weather, tough competitors, and exhaustion in an effort to make it to the podium.
My father taught me to drive on the Wendover salt flats when I was in grade school. I loved the feeling of driving a car to explore the desert. A funny story is that I drove a manual Mazda Miata in highschool, somehow shifting gears and holding my 12’-13’ foot poles for the pole vault that were balancing on the driver side mirror (and which seemed longer than my car).
I’m a Registered Interior Designer and studio founder. My work spans residential renovations, custom new builds, multi-family developments, hospitality, workplace, and retail interiors. I love what I do because design, to me, is not just about aesthetics but about building relationships and creating meaningful connections between people and the spaces that support and enhance their lives.

“It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready. I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything. There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now. And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.” — Hugh Laurie
My personal mantra is “say yes” - the rest is figure-out-able.
This will be my seventh year competing in the Rebelle Rally. Every year is incredible and it’s so much fun reconnecting with lifelong friends and fellow competitors made over the years, sharing meals and the stories of the day. I also always look forward to seeing what the rally reveals to me. Each year I learn new lessons about myself that make me a more resilient, resourceful and thoughtful person.
My parents. They always hoped I would live a full and adventurous life.

I’m in it to give it my 100%, alongside my amazing teammate. This year will be all about having fun and leaving absolutely nothing on the table.
I love a new challenge or adventure and like to try something new each year. This year it’s been training for my first triathlon, other years it’s been rock climbing or learning a new language. I also love hosting events and dinner parties. The planning process and bringing people together is always so much fun! For the last several years I have also served on the board of the Community Living Society which supports people with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. That work is especially close to my heart because my mom is supported by the society, and my dad lived with a brain injury. Being able to move my body and challenge myself in the ways I get to is a gift.
In 2016, I took a year off to overland from Vancouver, Canada to Ushuaia, Argentina. That trip is where my “say yes” mantra really began and it ultimately put me on the path to compete in the Rebelle. My experience overlanding taught me to trust myself and to take on challenges one step at a time, which is essentially how I approach the Rebelle. The Rebelle is the perfect platform to test yourself, to push your limits and gain new skills and confidence and it has given me so many amazing opportunities, like competing as part of the Ford Performance team, which I am so grateful for.
One of my most unforgettable life experiences to date has been my overlanding trip in 2016, from Vancouver, Canada all the way to Ushuaia, Argentina. That trip was packed with adventure and personal growth and really set me on my way to continue seeking out new challenges and adventures. This year I decided to take on training for my first triathlon which will be in September. So far it’s been an amazing challenge!
Well that is such a hard question to answer. I love the dunes because they test your ability to dead reckon and stay on heading. I love Ridgecrest and similar areas because the topography on the map comes to life in the terrain so clearly because we have these open spaces that allow you to see and read it. I love an alpine area because it forces you to count corners, pay attention to heading and trust your distance measurement to stay on course. They all offer something the other doesn’t and I love that!
The rally is an endurance competition. I think the hardest part is keeping energy levels consistent throughout each day and the week so we can give as much at 8am as we can at 3pm and as much on Day 0 as we can on Day 7. That, and to keep the mindset positive, no matter what comes at us throughout it all. Trusting our algorithm and confidence in our teamwork is key.
Every year I learn something new about myself. I grow as a daughter, friend, partner, business owner. It’s taught me that I can do hard things and, maybe most importantly, that I like to.
The first memory that comes to mind is my dad teaching me to drive well before I was technically old enough to do so - I think I could just barely reach the pedals! I also have great memories of offroading with friends as teens which I learned so much from, and of course my adventure to Patagonia is full of unforgettable memories.
