“If Honda does not race, there is no Honda.” – Soichiro Honda
HART is an all Honda associate volunteer race team, created with the purpose of providing a proving ground to develop skills and experience for associates to apply back into their everyday roles within the company. For Vincetta and Madison, it’s the challenging spirit that attracted them both to the program, and it’s been the steadfast friendships they made which further their passion.
I am a product test engineer for Honda. I specifically test infotainment systems within the vehicle. So that essentially means I test the internal software that make our vehicles tick.

I went to University of Louisville and majored in Mechanical Engineering

Year 10 of Rebelle will be a huge moment that I am really excited to be apart of. This will be a monumental year.
Growing up, there were a few role models that helped me choose the nontraditional path through life. Looking back now, I strive to be the person that struck awe in that little girl and encouraged her to pursue her passions.
My favorite books of this year are Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt and The Book That Wouldn’t Burn by Mark Lawrence. My favorite podcast right now is Crime Junkie.
2024 Rebelle – but not in the way that you think. I found out three months before the rally that I was going to be attending! Learning everything I needed to know and training on my navigation skills was a whirlwind. Then after the rally I had to find a way to get the car back to LA from the finish line… with a very broken radiator. Got to explore a lot of new places with all the pit stops that were made to make it back!
2024
For me, exploring and having new experiences is the main objective! I am very excited to compete again and see how my experience this year is different from my Rookie year.
I am usually always finding things to keep me out of trouble. I have been active on Honda’s volunteer race team for 6 years. I help with many of the teams and love wrenching on cars. My hobbies outside of racing and work are quite boring, but I love it that way. I love visiting aquariums across the country, visiting farmers markets in every city I visit, reading, and find new flavors to incorporate into my cooking.
I have been racing for over 6 years, but primarily on the road race side of things. I was very involved in our IMSA team as well as crew chief and lead strategist for our HART AER team. While a road race background is a little unique for Rebelle, it has proven to have its advantages. I learned skills like fuel management and strategy both of which have helped me directly with Rebelle.
Trying to crew chief 2 endurance sports cars in one race, with an all rookie crew, while helping cook for 24 people, and to top it all off - getting gluten poisoning (celiac disease is no fun!). No spoilers, but many mango popsicles were eaten in the parking lot that evening.
I love rocky trails. I think the scenery is beautiful. All of Rebelle is beautiful. I really think all Rookies should try to look up every now and then and see what great course that has been put together because it is always jaw dropping.
I struggle the most with recovering from mistakes. I have a bit of a perfectionist mentality (comes with being a women working in STEM) and that can lead to me struggling a little with forgiving myself.
You can't be in motorsports unless you fall in love with the challenge. Rebelle is one of the biggest challenges I have faced in motorsports. I love proving to myself that I can do these crazy things and really enjoy memories I now have from my adventures. I also love to inspire other women. I think the coolest part about being a Rebelle is teaching/recruiting future Rebelles!
Oh where to start on any car stories? Growing up, my dad had a red Ram diesel truck. I being 4, would dress in my red ladybug rain gear to help with oil changes. This sparked my interest in vehicles. There are many other adventures that have been had within racing that hooked me as an adult. Excited to add this years Rebelle to these adventures!
I am a mother of three amazing adult children, Alex, Zach and Rebecca and seven grandchildren, David, Paisley, Sadie, Serenity, Jordan, Alex, and Sabrina. I also have two fur babies Maddox and Annie. I am a fun loving tenacious sociable person who enjoys a good challenge.
I am currently on my fourth year of being a mass-production Purchasing Specialist with Honda Supply Chain Management Delivery Division. My expertise is to ensure correct parts arrive at the right place at the right time. My superpower is to ensure the manufacturing plants that I am assigned to have parts to run smoothly. I also ensure suppliers have all the support they need from a pivotal nature connecting them with the appropriate department. Ranging from logistics to packaging to quality as well as supporting design change conveyance and assisting with possible crisis identifications. Overall, I have been in the automotive industry for almost 25 years, and I thoroughly enjoy what I do and love all of the connections I have made over the years.

"I have a few favorite quotes however one that really hits home, "Tomorrow is not promised, so make today count". Do the thing, go to the place, be who you want to be and be around people who support your crazy."
Growing up, I wanted to be a Park Ranger. I went to a vocational school and learned how to cut down trees, manage a prairie, manage bee hives, make candles and make maple syrup. I gained my trapping and hunting license just before graduating high school. I also attend Barbizon modeling school when I was in middle school.
Women who empower women is why I join Rebelle. Educational without intimidation and continuous support from those who are alike. Why now: Honda has opened my eyes to a whole new world of opportunities and life skills.
My parents inspire me the most. Until my dad passed, he would dress up like Santa Claus and go the movies or a restaurant and hand out silver dollars to kids just to see them smile. My mom and her friend will pick a day and go through several different drive throughs and pay for the people behind them, collect sandwiches and drop them off at local fire stations, especially around the holidays. Both of them are always thinking and doing for others.
Top three shows are Big Bang Theory, Sullivans Crossing and Emily in Paris.
A trip to New Orleans with my son, Zach. I have never laughed so much in one trip as I did then. We celebrated our birthdays, his 30th and my 50th.
I am all in to win. To me, winning means to land at the top of the leaderboard, make new friends, learn new things, bond with both of my teammates and be on the best adventure.
I love to off-road, ride my motorcycle and travel. I am a member of a few Jeep organizations of which one is an all-female group. My brother, sister-in-law and I completed a light house tour in Ohio a few years ago on 2 wheels and was one of the most memorable journeys' I have had. I get jazzy for a good road trip just to try a new restaurant. Even more so when it's combined with off roading friends or on a two-wheel mechanical steed with family.
I am not a professional driver nor mechanic by any means however I feel that off-roading in my spare time over the last nine or so years will help me with confidence to be competitive in Rebelle. I have also worked on my own vehicles with the aid of my favorite mechanic (aka my brother) and YouTube. I feel positive that whatever challenges we face we will overcome them with poise.
I am a social butterfly and like to attend live music events. I've been to a Metallica concert followed by Country Concert in the hills. From Jelly Roll to Teddy Swims, my future goal is to see how many concerts I can attend.
When I shared the exciting news with my family and friends that I would be competing in Rebelle this year, a statement from cousin stood out to me. She said, "you have been preparing for this since you were 15". Growing up, I would drive whatever was available to the woods, creek or nearby fields as long as I was outside and, in the dirt, I was happy.
