10TH RALLY EDITION: OCTOBER 8 – 18, 2025

The 10th Annual Rebelle Rally Kicks Off Next Week in Mammoth Lakes, California

The longest competitive off-road rally in the United States adds an additional day of competition to the sold-out event.

October 2, 2025 (Reno, NV) – The 10th Annual Rebelle Rally, the longest competitive off-road rally in the United States, begins next week in Mammoth Lakes, California, with Technical Inspection starting October 8. The sold-out event features 68 two-person teams competing over nine days of stages, across Nevada and California’s iconic terrain. Precision driving and navigation, not speed, are the ultimate goals, relying solely on maps, compasses, and roadbooks. The rally competition concludes October 17 in Needles, California, with Rebellation, the awards gala, on October 18.

Over 2,800 kilometers, teams drive and navigate deserts, mountains, and challenging terrain using the Rebelle Format, a unique points-based competition emphasizing strategy, precision, and endurance over speed. Teams do not have support crews, relying entirely on their own skills and resources throughout the competition days. Daily stages include map and compass and enduro roadbook challenges, with competitors plotting latitude/longitude or heading and distance to locate checkpoints. Each day spans 10–12+ hours, with teams returning to base camp at the end of the day, and two marathon stages occur without an overnight base camp.

The 2025 field represents 136 competitors from 116 cities, 32 states/provinces, and four countries: the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, and Germany. Competitors range in age from 23 to 78 and include professional drivers, students, engineers, and executives. Highlights include 17 rookie teams (46 rookies), 90 returning rally participants, and 14 who competed in the inaugural 2016 event, four of whom have taken part in every edition. This year also features seven OEM and dealer partners supporting 19 teams, including Toyota, Jeep, Ford, Honda, Subaru, INEOS, and BMW. The event is organized by a dedicated team of more than 120 professionals from the off-road, rally, outdoor, and action sports industries.

The Rebelle Rally features 4×4 and X-Cross™ vehicles, with additional designations for Bone Stock, 4030, and Electrified vehicles. Awards include class podiums, Rookie of the Year, Team Spirit Award, and the International Cup, while contingency programs such as the Pirelli Scorpion™ Tire Challenge and the Pennzoil Challenge recognize standout performances.

Fans worldwide can follow the competition from home. The Rebelle Rally Live Show presented by Toyota begins Friday, October 10, streaming daily on YouTube, rebellerally.com, and Facebook.
