You might not know the name Mapbox, but you’ve definitely used their software before. As the leading real-time location intelligence provider, the company powers more than two million live location developers. And for the Rebelle Rally, they are the location backbone of the entire competition, providing vital technology for onX Offroad, the basecamp for live-tracking and daily fly-through visualizations of each stage on the course. For the third year in a row, Renewable Innovations is powering the Electrified Program – bringing advanced mobile, on-course EV charging stations to the Rebelle Rally, as well as energy storage and power conversions for base camp and field use. In addition to providing power for basecamp and EVs, new this year is clear, pure water via their impressive Mobile Energy Command. Based in Utah, Renewable Innovations is the leader in green and hydrogen power solutions.
A brand synonymous with off-road, longtime supporter Jeep is once again sponsoring Rebellation, the awards ceremony taking place in the famed Imperial Sand Dunes. Jeep also supplies vehicles for Rebelle staff who need capable means of transport to get media out on course in some very unforgiving terrain. For 2022, Jeep is fielding three Electrified Jeep Wrangler 4xe vehicles in competition.
MAXTRAX has been part of the Rebelle Rally since its inception, and their recovery boards are THE must-have gear on the Rebelle Rally. This year MAXTRAX, in conjunction with importer of adventure equipment Adventure Imports, is continuing their contingency program for teams using their products, which have proven to be far more durable than cheap, knock-off products.
While GPS is not allowed on the Rebelle Rally, it is a crucial tool for establishing the route for the rally – and to help competitors prepare. During the rally, the team of 100+ staff depend on onX Offroad to navigate their jobs on course. Rebelle Founder and Director Emily Miller relies heavily on onX Offroadwhile planning the course, and competitors use their app to help sharpen navigation skills, including terrain reading, waypoint finding and mock rally courses. With adventure just a tap away, users can find the off-road trails they want fast with color-coded open trails, land ownership and management data and filters on the map for 4×4 and recreational vehicles.

Yellow Brick Trackers are the world’s largest satellite-based tracking provider, and they have been with the Rebelle Rally since its inception. After researching all the solutions available to the Rebelle, YB was the only option. Tracker reliability is paramount and there is no competitor to YB in this arena for sports tracking. The YB tracker is a rugged and fully self-contained battery operated unit that works anywhere on Earth. Scrubblade is the only wiper blade designed to cut through more than just water. Using patented two-part cleaning system, the innovation comes from the leading blade, containing hundreds of raised triangular scrubbers designed to cut through debris for a cleaner, particle-free windshield. For 2022, Scrubblade will not only be on hand at Tech Inspection to personally install competitor wiper blades, they’re also launching their own contingency program which includes a donation to the winners’ chosen non-profit. And for Rebelle staff and safety crew, Scrubblade means having debris-free and particle-free windshields throughout the entire competition.
Shovels generally fit into one of two categories: huge, bulky tools intended for the home or tiny, portable units that don’t do you any good when you need them the most. Woman-owned DMOS Collective has solved this issue though with their line of American-made aluminium shovels that are lightweight yet heavy duty.
